packed breakfast convenient location missing shelf bland eggs
i found the staff organized a packed breakfast. i had to leave early for the airport. the shower in my standard double or twin room was powerful. the hotel's location was also beneficial.
there were also no hooks available for wet towels. i found the bacon burnt and the eggs bland.

charmed stay in central spot
central location pleasant surprise attentive staff
the location proved very central. it made access to the underground and key sites easy. i received a room with a balcony, and it was a pleasant surprise. the staff were very attentive when i felt unwell .
I noticed a lack of shelves in the bathroom shower. It would be useful to have a place for toiletries. also, i found no hooks for wet towels.

The hotel provides luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. there is a modern bar downstairs. the hotel breakfast included a large assortment of delicious choices, ensuring something suited all preferences. This made mornings very easy.

mixed feelings about this stay
cramped room constant noise
The staff was helpful enough. It was adequate i guess
the room felt cramped it barely accommodated my luggage the small window offered a dismal view overlooking some sort of utility area plus the noise from nearby air conditioning units was constant it was far from the peaceful retreat i wanted

small room thin walls
the room felt smaller than expected, especially with luggage. also, i found that the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear noise from the hallway (i think some people were having a party!) and street noise, a little difficult to sleep soundly. the thin walls, outside noise was disruptive.

A balanced experience
room size breakfast options dust corners shower issue
The room size was larger than i expected. The breakfast had lots of options (especially the fresh fruit!). I think the location is useful because it is near the Pl. Catalunya.
The room was not cleaned perfectly. I saw some dust in corners. the bathroom shower did not work very well, it was always too hot.

comfortable beds amazing housekeeping
The twin beds in the Standard Double or Twin Room were very comfortable with many pillows! Housekeeping was amazing and kept everything very tidy.
The elevators were somewhat small.
